Cheesy Instant Noodles

If you're a cheese lover, you're gonna love these indulgent cheesy instant noodles! Perfect when you crave for a bowl of creamy and cheesy goodness!

Ingredients
  

Cheesy sauce
  • 4 tbsp grated pecorino romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp milk
Seasoning powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Milky powder
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
Noodles
  • 200 g Instant udon noodles

Method
 

Make the cheesy sauce
  1. Combine the cheese sauce ingredients in a pan. Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens. Set aside.
Mix the seasoning powder
  1. In a small bowl, combine the seasoning powder ingredients and set aside.
Mix the milky powder
  1. In a small bowl, combine the milk powder ingredients and set aside.
Cook the udon
  1. In a large bowl, cover the udon with boiling water and let it sit for 5-6 minutes, or until soft.
    If needed, microwave for 1 minute. Drain, leaving 1-2 tbsp hot water.
Assemble the instant noodles
  1. Combine the udon noodles with the cheese sauce, seasoning powder and milky powder.
  2. Mix and enjoy!
